Airy orange pudding
A tasty recipe. The dessert contains the following ingredients: whitegelatin, oranges, whipped cream (125 ml), sugar, Greek yogurt, icing sugar and oil to grease.
Allow to soak for about 5 minutes in a bowl with plenty of cold water. In the meantime, squeeze 7 oranges and measure 6 dl of juice (keep the rest of the juice). Peel the rest of the oranges thickly down to flesh and cut the segments between the fins with a sharp knife. Bring orange juice to the boil. Remove the pan from fire. Cut the gelatin well and sprinkle the leaves one by one in orange juice while stirring. Let it cool down until juice begins to become slightly lumpy. Meanwhile, whipped cream with sugar half-stiff. Whip cream and yogurt through orange juice. Grease the molds thinly. Pour orange mixture into molds and smooth the top. Allow the puddies to set in the fridge for approx. 2 hours.
In thick saucepan, 100 g of powdered sugar with 2 tablespoons of water and 1/2 dl of orange juice should be brought to the boil while stirring. Make orange parties through fire. Place the molds in hot water for a few seconds. Put the plate on a shape, turn it and let puddons slide out of shapes. Make orange sauce next to it.
