Apple apricot flaps
A delicious Dutch recipe for apple-apricot flaps.
- 50 gram raisins
- 2 tablespoon rum
- 1 business suit frozen puff pastry
- 500 gram sweet sour apples peeled, into small cubes
- 150 gram dried apricots in pieces
- 2 tablespoon flour
- 2 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoon custard powder
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
- 1 egg beaten
- 100 gram sugar
Soak the raisins in the rum.
Let the slices of puff pastry thaw and place them side by side.
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
Mix apple, apricots, raisins, flour and cinnamon powder. Place 3 tablespoons of apple apricot mixture on each dough sheet.
Fold the dough pieces diagonally double. Stick the dough edges with water and press in with a fork.
Place the dough fan on the baking sheet. Brush them with egg and sprinkle with sugar.
Bake in the middle of the oven for about 25 minutes until golden brown and done.
