Avocado hummus dip
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: avocado (soft), natural hummus (pot a 240 g), fresh parsley (or coriander, finely chopped) and chilli pepper from the mill.
Smear avocado with fork in a bowl.
Mix well with hummus and parsley or coriander with fork.
Season to taste with salt and chili pepper.
Dip into dish, cover and store in refrigerator until use.
Nice with lamb, tacos, quesadillas and as a dip for grilled pita bread..
