Beef sats on lemongrass
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, lemongrass, oil, sweet soy sauce, sweet chilli sauce, Thai fish sauce, steak (diced), peanuts (unsalted finely chopped) and fresh coriander (finely chopped).

Stalks of lemongrass halve in length and soak for 1 hour in cold water. Fry oil, soy sauce, chili sauce and fish sauce in a bowl. Prepare steak by marinade. Cover dish and marinate meat in refrigerator for about 1 hour. Stir steak occasionally. Diced marinated meat on lemons stalked with lemon grass. Put the satés side by side in a low bowl and keep them covered until they are used, in a refrigerator.

Satés on greasy grill topper in 8 to 10 min. Brown from the outside and rosé from the inside grilling. During grilling satés each time a few times and regularly cover with remaining marinade. Satés to scale and sprinkle with chopped peanuts and possibly coriander. Tasty with sweet chili sauce and noodle salad.
