A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, lemongrass, oil, sweet soy sauce, sweet chilli sauce, Thai fish sauce, steak (diced), peanuts (unsalted finely chopped) and fresh coriander (finely chopped).

Directions

  1. Stalks of lemongrass halve in length and soak for 1 hour in cold water. Fry oil, soy sauce, chili sauce and fish sauce in a bowl. Prepare steak by marinade. Cover dish and marinate meat in refrigerator for about 1 hour. Stir steak occasionally. Diced marinated meat on lemons stalked with lemon grass. Put the satés side by side in a low bowl and keep them covered until they are used, in a refrigerator.
  2. Satés on greasy grill topper in 8 to 10 min. Brown from the outside and rosé from the inside grilling. During grilling satés each time a few times and regularly cover with remaining marinade. Satés to scale and sprinkle with chopped peanuts and possibly coriander. Tasty with sweet chili sauce and noodle salad.
