Braised paprika with anchovies
A tasty Italian recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: fish, yellow peppers, garlic, (olive) oil, anchovy fillets (can of 48 g) and milk.

Peppers clean, wash and cut into strips.

Peel garlic and press with fork.

Heat oil in frying pan.

Add garlic and gently fry for about 1 minute.

Stir in anchovy until a smooth mixture is formed.

Add milk and pepper bars and simmer for approx.

45 minutes completely uncovered on low heat.

Stir occasionally.

Allow to cool to lukewarm.

Serve with ciabatta..
