A delicious European recipe for brochette of pork tenderloin.

Place the pork tenderloins in a single layer in a bowl.

Mix grater and juice of the lemon with the olive oil, garlic, 1 tablespoon of parsley and the spices into a marinade.

Divide them over the meat cubes and marinate for at least 6 hours (may be a day in advance).

Put wooden skewers in water to prevent burning.

Thread the meat cubes with a little space between them on the skewers.

Heat a grill pan or oven grill and roast the tenderloin for 10-12 minutes until it is tender. Turn them occasionally and brush them with the marinade.

Serve them sprinkled with the rest of the parsley.
