A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: meat, cream sherry (bottle 0.75 liter), olive oil, garlic (pressed), soy sauce (bottle 250 ml), pork tenderloin (diced), giant shrimps (raw and unpeeled (500 g frozen), thawed) and honey.

Directions

  1. Mix half of the sherry with the oil, garlic and half of the soy sauce. Put the pork tenderloin and prawns in separate bowls and divide the marinade over them. Let marinate for at least 1 hour.
  2. In the meantime, bring the rest of the sherry, soy sauce and honey to the boil and simmer for 7 minutes in a syrupy sauce.
  3. Thread the meat to 8 satépicks and the shrimps to 8 other pricks. Grill the meat and shrimp skewers on the barbecue or in the grill pan for approx. 7 minutes. Turn halfway. Serve with the sauce.
