Directions

  1. Peel and chop onions.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in pan.
  3. Bake bacon for approx.
  4. 2 minutes.
  5. Add remaining oil and fry about 3 minutes.
  6. Peel the garlic and press it over it.
  7. Add peas and allow them to thaw in approx.
  8. 3 minutes at mid-high heat.
  9. cut fresh mint finely.
  10. Add anis and about 3 tablespoons of water and gently peas the peas for another 3 minutes.
  11. stir in fresh mint.
  12. Season with salt and pepper..
