Chicken burgers with beans


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, potatoes (solid cooking), green beans, olive oil, onion (chopped), tomato sauce (tomato frito, 350 g), dried oregano and chicken burgers.

Directions

  1. Peel the potatoes, cut into pieces and cook until about 20 minutes until done. Drain and leave for 3 minutes with the lid on the pan.
  2. In the meantime, remove the stalk from the green beans and cook the beans in 5 minutes until al dente. Drain in a colander. Heat 2 tbsp oil in the pan of the green beans and fry the onion 3 min. Add the green beans, tomato frito and oregano. Leave to simmer for 6 minutes on low heat.
  3. In the meantime, heat the remaining oil in a frying pan and brown the chicken burgers in 5 minutes. Turn halfway. Divide the burgers over 4 plates and serve with the potatoes and green beans.
