24 dried apricots in the juice of 2 oranges.

Mix 2 teaspoons of marmalade or apricot jam with 2 teaspoons of mustard. Brush slices of smoked chicken with them. Wrap these around every apricot.

Prick the packets of picks. Brush with oil and grill in 1 minute per side in a hot grill pan or under a hot oven grill.
