Chicken with cucumber in oyster sauce


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, chicken fillet (380 g), garlic, pandan rice (pack 400 g), oil, leeks (in oblique rings), cucumber (in oblique half slices), oyster sauce (bottle 250 ml) and ginger syrup ( bottle 250 ml).

Directions

  1. Boil the chicken fillet and 1 clove of garlic in 600 ml of water with 1 tsp salt for 15 minutes on low heat. Remove the chicken fillet from the pan and remove it with two forks. In the meantime, cook the pandan rice according to the instructions on the packaging.
  2. Heat the oil in a stirring stir fry the leeks 3 min. Finely chop the second garlic clove and cook for 1 min. Add the chicken, the cucumber, the oyster sauce and the ginger syrup and bring to the boil. Cook for 3 minutes on low heat.
  3. Serve the chicken in oyster sauce with the pandan rice.
