Chinese lasagna with minced meat and shrimps


A nice Chinese recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, minced meat (half-to-half), pink shrimps (finely chopped), garlic (squeezed), fresh ginger (minced), soy sauce, proteins (whipped), spring onions (in rings) and lasagne sheets.

Directions

  1. Puree in the food processor the mince with the shrimp, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, egg whites and salt and pepper to taste to a not too fine mixture. Mix in the spring onions.
  2. Cut the welding sheet into 3 equal pieces. Boil them in plenty of water with salt for 3 minutes. Drain the lasagna and hang them over the edge of the colander.
  3. Place a lasagne in the oven dish and regularly cut 1/5 of the minced meat. Repeat the layers and finish with a lasagne. Pour a tablespoon of water into the dish. Cover the dish with aluminum foil.
  4. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C. Place the dish on the rack in the middle of the oven and let it cook for approx. 35 min.
  5. Take the dish out of the oven and leave it for 5 minutes. Cut the lasagna into 4 equal pieces. Serve soy sauce as a dip. Tasty with coriander and stir-fried Chinese cabbage.
