Club sandwich 1975
A nice English recipe. The lunch contains the following ingredients: meat, casa bread white (without crust), butter, apple, mayonnaise, chicken breast ((meats), thin strips), lettuce, cheese, tomatoes (in slices), eggs (hard-boiled) and gherkins.

Toast the slices of bread in the toaster. Spread all slices on one side with butter.

Peel the apple, cut into quarters and remove the core. Cut the flesh into thin strips and put in a bowl. Mix in the mayonnaise and chicken and season with salt and pepper.

Cover 4 slices of bread with a leaf of lettuce and spread the chicken salad over it. Put another slice of bread on it. Cover this with a slice of cheese and slices of tomato. Cover again with a slice of bread and put the rest of the lettuce on top of it.

Peel the eggs and halve them in the length. Place half an egg on each sandwich with the convex side facing up. Slice the pickles diagonally but do not cut completely, cut the same slices. Press a fan of the slices with your thumb. Garnish the top with the pickles. Insert a skewer to prevent the sandwich from falling apart. Cut the club sandwiches diagonally and serve.
