Cod with broccoli and tomato (baby 9-12 months)
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, cherry tomatoes (skinned and halved), crumbly boiling potato ((about 75 g), in small blocks), oil (or liquid margarine), broccoli (in small florets) and cod fillet (diced ).

Creating seeds from tomato.

Fry potato in a pan with little water.

Meanwhile, heating in pan oil and broccoli and tomato in 7 min.

Add cod and let it cook in 5 minutes.

Drain potatoes and collect cooking liquid.

In the bowl, saute potato, fish and vegetables with hand blender or in a food processor.

Add a small amount of cooking liquid if necessary..
