Corn soup with hot sandwich
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, oil, onions (chopped), red pepper (diced), corn kernels ((can), drained), meat broth (from tablet), gyro meat strips (pork, approx. 400 g), shoarma breads ( 8 pieces) and whole milk.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in large pan and gently bake for 5 min.

Spread the pepper and corn kernels with onion and fry for 5 minutes.

Bring the broth to it and bring it to a boil.

Soup covered for 10 minutes to simmer gently.

In the meantime heat the rest of oil in frying pan and gyro strips in 8 min.

Brown and cooked through.

Cut open shawarma rolls and roast light brown in oven or toaster.

Mix the milk with soup, heat it again and season it with salt and pepper.

put shoarma rolls on four large plates and fill with gyro strips.

Make soup in four bowls and put them on a plate next to rolls..
