Crispy chicken schnitzel with Dutch bean sauce
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, butter, baby potatoes (potatoes, 700 g), crispy chicken schnitzels (a 2 pieces), broken green beans (bag 1 kg, frozen), mix for curry sauce (26 g), semi-skimmed milk, onion ( chopped) and dried parsley (jar 5 g).

Melt 25 g of butter in a skillet and fry the potatoes in 10 minutes until golden brown and done. Melt the rest of the butter in a frying pan. Fry the chicken chops in 10 min. Golden brown and crispy. Turn them regularly.

Boil the green beans in little water with salt for 4 minutes. Put the mix for the curry sauce with the milk in a saucepan and bring to the boil while stirring. Let it simmer for 1 min. Spoon the green beans and onion through the potatoes and cook for 1 min. Add the curry sauce and the parsley and season with salt and pepper.

Divide the bean pan over 4 plates and add a chicken schnitzel.
