Cucumber radish raita
A nice Indian recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: cucumber, radish, whole yogurt and garam masala (tin 65 g).

Cut the cucumber into cubes of 1 cm and cut the radishes into segments.

Mix them with the yogurt.

Add the garam masala and season with salt and pepper.

Delicious with the Samosas with potato and garden peas and shrimp curry..
