Curry chicken with rice and cashew nuts


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, onions, peppers and frozen garden peas with carrots.

Directions

  1. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Cut the chicken into slices and the onion coarsely. Clean the peppers and cut into cubes.
  2. Prepare the marinad mix with the oil according to the instructions on the packaging and scoop the chicken breasts into it.
  3. Stir fry the chicken slices without extra oil in the wok gold brown and almost almost done. Add the onion and the paprika and stir-fry for 4 minutes.
