Heat a frying pan without oil or butter and toast the almonds on medium heat until golden brown. Spoon on a plate and let cool.
Heat the milk in a saucepan over low heat, stir in the chocolate and melt from the heat into the milk. Stir occasionally.
Meanwhile, beat the whipped cream with the sugar just not stiff.
Put a scoop of ice cream in every ice cream or wine glass, pour in the warm chocolate sauce and add some whipped cream.
Sprinkle with the almond shavings and serve immediately.
