Delicious jelly with spice mayonnaise
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, lemon, cucumber, Italian herbs (frozen), mayonnaise, yoghurt, potato wedges with peel (frozen, 450 g), jelly beans (frozen) and oil for deep frying.
Cut half of the lemon, cut out one half and cut the other half into segments.
Cucumber halve in length, remove seeds and cut long strips of cucumber with cheese slicer.
Carefully sprinkle with 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp seasoning, salt and pepper in a bowl of cucumber.
In a bowl mix mayonnaise with yoghurt, 1 tbsp lemon juice and 1 tbsp seasoning.
Dilute the sauce slightly with water and season with salt and pepper.
Potato wedges golden brown frying.
Heat in a dry frying pan for 3 to 4 minutes per side.
Drizzle potatoes on kitchen paper and sprinkle with salt.
Grind the sweetly bits in half lengthwise and place 3 strips of fish on each plate.
Spread the herb sauce over it and garnish with lemon.
Create potato wedges and cucumber salad next to fish..
