Directions

  1. Peel the carrots and cut into slices. Peel the potatoes and cut into small cubes.
  2. Boil the carrots and potato cubes in a pan with a layer of water covered for 15 min.
  3. Cut the shallot. Heat the oil in a small frying pan and fry the shallot over low heat. Do not let brown.
  4. Break the tartar into pieces and fry the onion until tender and done.
  5. Drain the carrots and potatoes, but collect the cooking liquid.
  6. Stamp the carrots and potatoes to a puree. Add some cooking liquid, follow-on milk or mother's milk to make the puree more smooth.
  7. Mix the ruled tartar with shallot through the puree.
