Drunken potatoes

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Peel the potatoes, cut into thin slices and put them in a bowl. Sprinkle with 2 tbsp oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

Brush the roasting pan with the rest of the oil. Divide the potato slices over the bottom of the roasting pan. Hold 3 sprigs of thyme separately and spread the leaves from the rest of the sprigs.
