Dutch balls and rösties

A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potato rösties (600 g), olive oil, Dutch meatballs (about 380 g), eggs, spinach ((300 g), crops), cucumber (in slices) and mustard-dill dressing (bottle 250 ml).

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Spread the rösties over a griddle covered with parchment paper and bake for approx. 20 min. Golden brown and crunchy. Turn halfway.
  2. In the meantime, heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the meatballs in about 10 minutes until golden brown and done.
  3. Boil the eggs hard in 8 minutes. Let them scare, peel them and cut into parts. Put the spinach and the cucumber in a bowl. Put the egg on top and sprinkle with the dressing.
  4. Divide the meatballs and rösties over 4 plates. Serve with the salad.
