Oriental fish packages with ginger, carrot, spring onions and red pepper.

Directions

  1. Let the pollock fillet thaw. Grate the carrot. Cut the white of the spring onion into matchstick strips and mix them through the grated carrot.
  2. Cut the green of the spring onion into thin rings. Peel the piece of ginger and grate it over a deep plate.
  3. Cut the stalk of the red pepper. Roll the pepper between your hands so that the seeds fall out. Cut the pepper into rings.
  4. Mix the soy sauce and red pepper with the ginger. Cut the coalfish fillet into pieces and roll through the marinade and leave them for a short while.
  5. Spread the aluminum foil in equal pieces and spread the root-forest mixture over the middle. Place the pieces of fish including the marinade on them.
  6. Sprinkle the green onion rings over the fish and drop some oil on it. Fold the foil around the fish close to packages.
  7. Put the packages on the barbecue and let the fish and carrot be cooked in 20 minutes. Put the packages on plates and unfold them.
