Spread a large layer of ice over the whiskey glasses. Squeeze the limes.

Spread the lime juice, the elderflower syrup and apple juice over the glasses and stir well.

Fill the glasses with the carbonated water (eg San Pellegrino) and garnish with a slice of lemon. Serve immediately.
