Dutch endive stew with low-fat bacon.

Peel the potatoes and cut into equal pieces. Boil them in water with salt in 20 minutes until done. Drain the potatoes and put them back in the pan.

In the meantime, heat a skillet without oil or butter and bake the bacon strips in 7 min. Brown and crispy. Let the bacon leak on kitchen paper.

Add the milk and butter to the potatoes and puree with the puree mash.

Put the pan on low heat and mix the endive in parts. Scoop the crème fraîche and season with pepper and Maggi.

Sprinkle with the bacon.
