Focacci sandwich with carpaccio and tomato mayonnaise


A tasty Italian recipe. The lunch contains the following ingredients: meat, focaccia (pre-fried (250 g)), olive oil, mayonnaise, dried tomatoes ((on oil), in strips), rucola salad, carpaccio, spicy cheese (eg grana padano), coarsely grated ) and pine nuts (roasted).

Directions

  1. Preheat the cooking pan.
  2. Focaccia half by one half and cover each half on both sides with olive oil.
  3. In grill pan (or under oven grill) focaccia grilling on both sides with golden brown.
  4. In a large bowl of mayonnaise and dried to puree with a hand blender.
  5. Cover the bottom of focaccia with tomato mayonnaise.
  6. Arrange the rucola, carpaccio, cheese and pine nuts over them and sprinkle pepper to taste.
  7. Place the top of focaccia on it.
  8. Put cocktail sticks in sandwich and cut sandwich diagonally to four triangular sandwiches..
