Fried rice with spring onion and coriander
A nice thai recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: fish, pandan rice, red onions, garlic, spring onions (in rings), eggs, oil, Thai fish sauce, fresh coriander ((15 g) and finely chopped).
Rice according to the instructions for cooking. Meanwhile, peel and finely chop onions and garlic. Clean the forest onions and cut into thin rings. Unscrew eggs in bowl.
Heat 1 oil in wok and stir-fry egg, stir-fry briefly until stewed, but still smooth. Create scrambled eggs on a plate and keep warm. Onions and garlic in the rest of oil for 3 min.
