Homemade snack frikandel special of minced meat, onions and herbs.

Directions

  1. Put the 2 types of minced meat in the largest bowl of the food processor. Chop the onion and add it. Grind with the food processor.
  2. When grinding, add the sweet soy sauce, the salt, the eggs, mustard, cumin, coriander, pepper, cloves and nutmeg. Grind to an even mass.

  4. Put the mass in a (disposable) piping bag with a smooth nozzle of 1 cm diameter.
  5. Bring the water to a boil in a frying pan with the bouillon tablets. Turn the heat down so that the broth gently simmer.
