Frikandel special
Homemade snack frikandel special of minced meat, onions and herbs.

Ingredients
- 300 g half to half chopped
- 300 g minced chicken natural
- 2 onion
- 4 el ketjapmarinademanis
- 2 tl salt
- 2 medium sized egg
- 1 el yellow mustard spicy
- 2 tl ground cumin
- 1 tl ground coriander seeds ketoembar
- 2 tl freshly ground black pepper
- Tl ground cloves
- Tl dried nutmeg
- 50 g Japanese breadcrumbs
- 1,5 liter water
- 2 beef broth tablet
- 1,5 liter frying oil
- 100 ml mayonnaise
- 100 ml Curry

Directions

Put the 2 types of minced meat in the largest bowl of the food processor. Chop the onion and add it. Grind with the food processor.

When grinding, add the sweet soy sauce, the salt, the eggs, mustard, cumin, coriander, pepper, cloves and nutmeg. Grind to an even mass.

Put the mass in a (disposable) piping bag with a smooth nozzle of 1 cm diameter.

Bring the water to a boil in a frying pan with the bouillon tablets. Turn the heat down so that the broth gently simmer.

Pipe 4 sticks of approx. 12 cm long in the broth. After about 5 minutes, the frikandellen will float to the surface and are cooked through.

Scoop the frikandels with a slotted spoon from the broth and so do the rest of the frikandellen. Let them cool.

Heat the frying oil in a pan or deep fryer to 180 ° C. In the meantime, cut the rest of the onion as finely as possible.

Cut the frikandels about 1 cm in length, but do not cut them. Fry the frikandellen per 4 pieces in 3 min. Golden brown.

Pipe a stripe of mayonnaise and a stripe of curry in the opening of the frikandels and cover with ½ tbsp shredded onions.
