Frittata with peas and goat's cheese
A tasty Spanish recipe. The appetizer contains the following ingredients: eggs, cream, fresh mint (finely chopped), peas (thawed), goat cheese (150 g, eg Tendre Bûche de Chavroux), black olives (without pit (240 g) and drained).
Preheat the oven to 175 ° C. In a bowl, beat the eggs with cream and fresh mint. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Sprinkle the peas over the bottom of the mold and pour the egg mixture over it. Cut the goat's cheese into thin slices and place them in the mold.
Put the mold on the grid in the middle of the oven and fry the frittata in about 20 minutes until golden brown and done. Cut the frittata into small dots.
