Fruit shake
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian drink without alcohol contains the following ingredients: mild yoghurt (half full), cold fruit (frozen raspberries, cold pear or mango) and limes (halved).

Put the yogurt in a blender or high measuring cup and add the fruit. Squeeze 2 lime halves over the top and mash the mixture in the blender or with the hand blender into a shake. Cut the other lime halves into segments. Pour the fruit shake into 2 tall (long drink) glasses, insert a straw into each glass and garnish with the lime wedges.

Garnish the shakes with a little crispy muesli or coconut grater.
