Goat cheese bags
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian snack contains the following ingredients: filo puff pastry (frozen), olive oil, soft goat cheese, sundried tomatoes (chopped), dried glue, freshly ground black pepper, sour cream (a 125 ml) and liquid honey.

Leave filo pastry thawed in a plastic container at room temperature for 2 hours.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Fill cavities of muffin mold with oil. Goat cheese above crumble and mix with sundried tomatoes, 1/2 tsp thyme and generous pepper. Spread the filo pastry carefully and halve it. Each time lay sheet in cavity, with around the same amount of overhanging dough. Mix in the goat's cheese mixture and coagulate overhanging dough, squeeze it and turn it gently, so that pouch is formed. Place the muffin in the middle of the oven and puff the bags in 10-12 min. Until golden brown and crunchy. Let the bags cool slightly. Mix sour cream with honey and remainder of thyme. Season the sauce with salt and pepper. Serve goat cheese pouches warm with honey cream sauce.
