Grilled oyster mushrooms with risotto


A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: shallots, spring onions, oyster mushrooms (`150 g AH), olive oil, risotto rice (400 g), white wine, vegetable stock tablets, ready-mixed green beans (250 g) and old cheese (piece).

Directions

  1. Chop and finely chop the shallots.
  2. Clean the forest onions and cut them into pieces of approx.
  3. 3 cm.
  4. Clean oyster mushrooms with kitchen paper, halve large ones.
  5. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in pan.
  6. Sauté around 3 minutes.
  7. Add rice and bake for about 1 minute for grilling.
  8. Add wine, evaporate and then add 1 liter of water little by little.
  9. Top up the bouillon tablets.
  10. Cook the rice according to the instructions for use.
  11. Approx.
  12. Add green beans 10 minutes before the end of the cooking time.
  13. Sift cheese with cheese slicer into slices.
  14. Grill pan until hot.
  15. Spread thinly with the rest of oil.
  16. Ground oyster mushrooms for about 5 minutes, turn halfway.
  17. Add spring onion and fry for approx.
  18. 2 minutes.
  19. Preheat four plates.
  20. Create a risotto on hot plates.
  21. Place oyster mushrooms and spring onions.
  22. Garnish with old cheese..
