Grilled zucchini with brie


A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: zucchini, mixed spice paste (tube, refrigerator, vegetable department), oil, olives with allspice, gourmet brie (pack of 6 slices and 1 piece of cream brie approx. 150 g).

Directions

  1. From courgette at an angle, cut 12 slices of 1 cm thick. In a bowl, stir the herb paste with oil, mix zucchini. Halve cheese slices (or cut cream cut into 12 slices) and place on plate. Cut the olives into 3 slices and place them in a bowl next to brie.
  2. At the table: Place the zucchini on a hot grill plate. If the bottom is brown, stick with a wooden spatula. Bake until the bottom turns brown. Place the zucchini in a pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place a slice of brie and 3 olive slices on it. Place the pan under the grill element, until brie is melted and starts to color. Tasty on crusty baguette or with grilled chicken.
