Harira with minced meat
Harira with minced meat, tomato cubes, lentils, chickpeas and parsley.
Cook the chickpeas according to the instructions on the package. Slice the onion, garlic and parsley leaves coarsely.
Grind the onion, garlic, cumin, paprika and half of the parsley in the food processor.
Heat the oil in a (soup) pan. Fry the herb paste for 1 min. Add the minced meat and fry in 3 min.
Add the tomato cubes and the hot water and bring to the boil.
Add the lentils and chickpeas. Cook the soup soup (harira) for 10 minutes until the lentils are al dente. Stir occasionally.
Season the soup with pepper and salt and scoop in bowls. Sprinkle with the rest of the parsley.
