Slice the garlic.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the stew vegetables, garlic, tabasco and pepper to taste for 10 min. On medium heat. Change regularly.

In the meantime, remove the stalk of the peppers and remove the seeds. Cut the flesh into rings.

Heat a frying pan without oil or butter and fry the chicken shawarma and paprika for 8 min. On medium heat. Change regularly.

In the meantime, heat the mashed potatoes in the microwave according to the instructions on the package.

Mix the stew vegetables with the mashed potatoes and 3/4 of the cheese. Serve with the shawarma, sprinkle with the rest of the cheese.
