Directions

  1. Chop the onion and cut the beef into pieces.
  2. Heat the oil in a soup pan and fry the onion 3 min. Add the meat cubes and fry brown in 5 min.
  3. Sprinkle the paprika powder over the meat and bake for 1 min. Add the tomato cubes with moisture and the water.
  4. Crumble the bouillon tablets above and bring the liquid to the boil. Let the soup with lid on the pan on low heat for 1 hour gently boil.
  5. Meanwhile cut the bell pepper into strips. Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes.
  6. Add the pepper strips and the potato cubes and let the soup simmer for 30 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Divide the soup over deep plates or large bowls.
