Directions

  1. Make large rolls of rolling ice cream with ice tongs in four cappuccino cups or wide glasses.
  2. Give hot espresso over it.
  3. Sprinkle ginger and chocolate flakes over it.
  4. Serve immediately.
  5. Delicious with a glass of coffee liqueur..
