Indian bacon patties
Indian spiced bacon steaks from the oven.
Preheat the oven to 175 ºC.
Halve the bacon in the width. Slice the garlic.
Cut the stalk of the red pepper. Halve the pepper in the length and remove the seed lists with a sharp knife. Cut the pepper finely.
In a bowl, mix the ginger syrup with the soy sauce, sugar, garlic, oil and red pepper. Spoon the bacon.
Cut the lemon into 6 parts. Put the bacon with the marinade in the roasting pan or oven dish.
Add half of the lemon wedges and put in the oven for about 35 minutes. Spoon after 20 min.
Cut the spring onion into rings. Serve the meat with the rest of the lemon wedges and sprinkle with the minifrites and spring onions.
