Indian curry with steak tips


Curry of steak tips, cauliflower, broccoli, curry sauce, curry spices and coconut milk, served with basmati rice.

Directions

  1. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Drain and leave with the lid on the pan until use.
  2. In the meantime, boil the cauliflower and broccoli in a generous pan of boiling water in 5 minutes until al dente. Drain and leave with the lid on the pan until use.
  3. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a stirring stir fry the steak tips with the spice mix of the 2-step curry 2 min.
  4. Add the sauce of the 2-step curry and the coconut milk and heat for another 5 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, cut the spring onion into thin rings. Spoon half of the spring onion through the rice.
  6. Serve the curry with the rice and vegetables. Garnish with the rest of the spring onion.
