Italian sausages with tomato sauce
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: macaroni (pasta), winter carrot, onion, olive oil, tomato cubes (400 g), fresh basil (15 g), sugar, liquid margarine and vegetarian sausages with Italian herbs (250 g).

Macaroni cooking according to instructions.

Peel root with peeler and cut into cubes.

Peel and chop onions.

Heat oil in frying pan and fry onion and carrot for 4 minutes.

Add tomatoes and bring to the boil.

Cut basil leaves coarsely and add to sauce.

Season the sauce with salt, pepper and sugar and cook for 10 minutes.

Heat margarine in frying pan and sausage in 8 min.

Serving macaroni with tomato sauce and sausages..
