Japanese salmon
A nice Japanese recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, salmon fillet, soy sauce, white balsamic vinegar, honey and ginger powder.

Cut 300 grams of salmon fillet into cubes of about 4 centimeters.

Grab a bowl and add 4 tablespoons sweet soy sauce, 1 teaspoon ginger powder, 1 tablespoon honey and 1 tablespoon white balsamic vinegar and stir well. This is how you get a marinade.

Stir in the salmon cubes until all the cubes are covered with the marinade. Place a lid or an inverted plate on the bowl and put the bowl in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Put a grill pan without oil or butter in it on the fire and do the fire at its highest. Let the pan warm up for a few minutes. Put the salmon cubes in and let them bake for 3 minutes. Turn the blocks a few times with a spatula.
