Kohlrabi pie with goat's cheese and apple
Turret of kohlrabi, apple, goat cheese with herbs and nuts.
Preheat the oven to 190 ° C.
Peel the kohlrabi and cut each into 6 equal slices.
Cook the kohlrabi 7 minutes in water with salt. Drain and let cool.
Chop the walnuts coarsely. Crumble the goat's cheese over a bowl and mix with the butter, rosemary and walnuts. Season with salt and pepper.
Remove the core of the apples with the apple drill and cut the apples into 10 thin slices.
Place the 4 largest slices of kohlrabi on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and divide 1 large el of the goat's cheese mixture.
Cover each slice of kohlrabi with 2 slices of apple and put 1 slice of kohlrabi, pepper and salt and goat cheese on top.
Continue with 2 slices of apple, 1 slice of kohlrabi, salt and pepper, goat's cheese and 1 slice of apple. Sprinkle with the caster sugar and bake until golden brown and done in about 20 minutes.
Garnish with some fresh rosemary. Bon appétit! .
