Ingredients
- 6 chicken bolt
- 3 lime
- 100 milliliters white vinegar
- 6 clove garlic
- 3 tablespoon fresh oregano
- 2 tablespoon coriander seeds
- 1 tablespoon coriander powder (ketoembar)
- 3 tablespoon paprika
- 3 tablespoon peanut oil
- 3 tablespoon sunflower oil
- 3 tablespoon Brown sugar
- 1 tin can tomato paste
- 0.5 bunch fresh coriander
- 2 red pointed pepper for the bean sauce
- 3 tablespoon peanut oil for the bean sauce
- 3 tablespoon sunflower oil for the bean sauce
- 2 onion for the bean sauce
- 2 tomato for the bean sauce
- 1 bulb garlic for the bean sauce
- 0.5 tablespoon paprika for the bean sauce
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano for the bean sauce
- 2 look Brown bean for the bean sauce
- 0.5 pumpkin for the bean sauce
- 1 bunch fresh coriander for the bean sauce
- 2 vegetable stock for the bean sauce
- 2 meat broth tablet for the bean sauce
- 200 milliliters sifted tomato for the bean sauce
- 300 gram basmati rice for the rice
- 300 gram Surinamese rice for the rice
Directions

Heat the oil, add the brown sugar and let light caramelize. Add the chicken and fry it around golden brown.

Fry the tomato paste for about 1 minute. Add the remaining navy water, 250 ml water, the coriander and salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 30 minutes.

In the meantime, cut 1 point pepper, without seeds, into cubes and halve the other pointed pepper for the bean sauce.

Heat the oil, fry the onion, pointed pepper cubes and tomatoes. Add half of the garlic and cook for another minute.

Spoon the paprika, oregano, the rest of the garlic, the brown beans, 1.5 liters of water, the pumpkin, half-pointed peppers, the bunch of coriander, the bouillon cubes and pepper. Cook gently for 25-30 minutes.

Remove the coriander and half-pointed peppers. Add the sieved tomatoes.

For the binding with the convex side of a soup spoon, press down a bit of the beans and pumpkin. Let the sauce thicken slightly.

Meanwhile, cook the rice. Serve the dishes side by side.
