Leg of lamb with rosemary
A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: meat, lamb leg slices à la minute (thin slices), rosemary, red wine, garlic (pressed), freshly ground black pepper and coarse sea salt.

Cut fat slices of meat and cut meat into 4-8 pieces.

Rosemary from sprigs and very fine chop.

In a bowl mix meat cubes with wine, rosemary and garlic.

Cover in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

At the table, stick each slice of lamb to fondue fork and bake in hot oil in 2 minutes.

Grind pepper and salt above it..
