Lettuce with egg dressing
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: eggs, cabbage lettuce, parsley, olive oil (extra virgin), tarragon vinegar and salt and freshly ground pepper.
Boil eggs for about 10 minutes.
Wash lettuce and dry (in salad spinner).
Slit leaves in pieces.
Parsley finely cut.
Let eggs scare, peel, halve and take out yolks.
Rinse egg yolks through the sieve above the salad bowl.
Add a beating for a dash of oil and vinegar, continue to beat until nicely bonded dressing.
Parsley through it.
Season with salt and pepper.
Protein chop very fine.
Beat lightly through dressing.
Sprinkle the protein..
