Mac and cheese bites
Put the flour in a bowl. Beat the eggs in another bowl and scoop the breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
Turn the macaroni with moist hands into balls the size of a walnut. First roll them through the flour, then through the egg and finally through the breadcrumbs.
Heat the oil in a (frying) pan to 180ºC and fry the balls in about 3 minutes golden brown. Drain on kitchen paper and serve with the chili sauce.
