Marinated turkey skewers with nectarine compote
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, Zaanse mustard, honey, orange juice, olive oil, turkey breast à la minute (8 patches), nectarines, shallots, salt and freshly ground pepper and fresh mint (à 15 g).

Mix in mustard, honey, orange juice and 4 tablespoons of oil until marinade. Flatten the turkey fillets in half, put them in a bowl. Make half of the marinade with turkey breast. Let marinate in a refrigerator for about 20 minutes. Meanwhile, peel nectarines and cut flesh into cubes. Scallop and finely chop the shallots. Heat residual oil in frying pan and fry shallot for about 1 minute. Add nectarine cubes and the rest of the marinade, stir-fry for 1 minute. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Top-cut leaves of fresh mint. Transfer the compote and repeat it in a scale.

Batons in a bowl with cold water soak. Remove turkey fillet from marinade, drain. Stick the meat on sticks and sprinkle with pepper. Seasonal skewers on barbecue or grill pan roast brown and cooked for approx. 10 minutes. Serve with lukewarm nectarine compote and white rice.
