Directions

  1. Cut the peach into quarters and pull off the skin. Cut the segments into thin slices.
  2. Cut some slices of the orange, halve them and cut the flesh (half a slice per person).
  3. Divide the slices of peach and the ice cubes over the glasses. Pour the martini on it. Put half an orange slice on the rim of the glass and garnish the martini with a tuft of basil.
