Mascarpone with herbs
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: mascarpone (soft cream cheese, 250 g), fresh parsley (flat (20 g), finely chopped), black olives (without pit) and lemon juice.

In a bowl, mix 1 cup of mascarpone (250 g, soft cream cheese) with 1 cup of chopped flat parsley (20 g).

Cut 100 g black olives (without pit) into slices and scoop them through the spice macaque.

Season with a few drops of lemon juice and salt and pepper.

Serve the spice mascarpone with toasted bread or raw vegetables..
