Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix 1 cup of mascarpone (250 g, soft cream cheese) with 1 cup of chopped flat parsley (20 g).
  2. Cut 100 g black olives (without pit) into slices and scoop them through the spice macaque.
  3. Season with a few drops of lemon juice and salt and pepper.
  4. Serve the spice mascarpone with toasted bread or raw vegetables..
